PowerPoint Presentations

A powerful tool for the past 20 years

– Dr. Jordan Haber

PowerPoint presentations have been a powerful tool for the past 20 years.  Its use at the deposition and subsequently in the court room has proven to be invaluable.  Utilizing magnification views of the digital data, a tool which is used at the doctor’s workstation, PowerPoint gives me the opportunity to focus the jury’s attention to the otherwise complicated sometimes obtuse medical findings. Additionally, focusing arrows will concentrate the attention of jurors at trial. Slides aided with graphics help simplify critical findings. As a Radiologist Medical Expert Witness, the PowerPoint imaging presentation has been very successful in my work and has proven to be an invaluable tool.

Currently, I use PowerPoint presentations exclusively as a Professor of Medical Imaging at a major University in New York as a tool in teaching my students.

I am proposing that you consider PowerPoint presentations as a visual aid at both deposition and trial.  If you already have your experts lined up for the case, I would suggest that you consider adding PowerPoint presentation. I am prepared to assist your expert Radiologist and create a PowerPoint presentation that he may use. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate in reaching out to me.

I am well aware that there are innumerable medical illustrators on the web.  Having a Board-Certified Radiologist with technical expertise in PowerPoint, in my opinion seems like a far better alternative than medical illustrators. As a Radiologist with nearly 4 decades of experience, I have an in depth understanding of the medical imaging aspects of the case and am familiar with findings that must be clearly conveyed to the jury.
